Ghana Permaculture Institute promotes permaculture systems and methodologies through education, implementation and demonstration at our site in Tanoboase, along with out-reach programs in the community and more widely throughout Africa.
Through education we empower our students to create sustainable livelihoods that are kind to the environment and nourishing for the individual and their community.
Through implementation we are always practicing and developing what we teach.
Through demonstration we show people how abundant yields and sustainable enterprise are possible for them too.
We believe that anyone can enhance their food security and livelihood through the utilisation of permaculture practices.
We believe that we can thrive as a species whilst caring for the earth.
We believe that through co-operation instead of competition, we can create a future that will sustain us all.
