At the Ghana Permaculture Institute, we offer varieties of short courses for all interested persons. Participants will receive practical training in Moringa production, from cultivation to processing and value addition for 5 DAYS. During the training, you will learn how to select suitable sites, prepare land, and plant quality Moringa seeds using proper spacing and timing. The training will cover irrigation, fertilization, and effective pest and disease management to ensure healthy plant growth. Participants will also be guided on proper harvesting of Moringa leaves, pods, and seeds. In the processing section, you will learn hygienic drying methods, grinding leaves into powder, packaging for storage and sale, oil extraction from seeds, and the production of Moringa tea and beverages. By the end of the training, participants will gain the skills needed to produce high-quality Moringa products for household use and commercial purposes. The program concludes with practical assessments and certification upon successful participation and demonstration of skills. We look forward to training you!
